Inside Sales Representative

Job Description:
 
• Provides inside sales and project support to customers.
• Ensures customer satisfaction by completing customer quotes, reviewing business opportunities and answering technical questions.
• Manages key programs to ensure projects are on time, and financial goals are met.
• Works directly with the Account Executives to prepare strategic plans, identify new sales opportunities and profitably grow the business.
• Keeps informed of customer preferences and trends and actions of competitors as a basis for making and/or recommending changes in strategies.
• Opportunity to travel 10-15%.

Qualifications:
 
• Four year degree (business or technical) with a preference of one year work experience in technical, sales support or customer service activities.
• Customer service and problem solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with internal contacts and external customers.
• Proficiency in multitasking.
• Mechanical aptitude and understanding of engines and engineering specifications.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
